Business Intelligence Consultant

A Northridge Business Intelligence Consultant is an expert with advanced knowledge of Microsoft Business Intelligence technology. This position is responsible for providing developmental expertise and consulting on Business Intelligence projects, and performing development of BI projects.

Software Architect

A Northridge Software Architect is an individual that has at least 10 years of full life cycle software engineering and team leadership experience. Software architects are also responsible for coaching and training junior-level programmers instilling best practices to aid in developmental growth within Northridge.

Senior Software Engineer

A Northridge Senior Software Engineer has at least 6 years of full life cycle software engineering experience on the Microsoft platform. These individuals must be at an expert level with Visual Studio.NET, Microsoft.NET, ASP.NET, SQL Server 2005, Windows application development, and web development.

Senior Systems Engineer

A Northridge Senior Systems Engineer is an individual that has at least 5 years of network and systems engineering experience on the Microsoft platform. A senior systems engineer will have completed multiple implementations of Windows Server 2003, Active Directory, and Microsoft Exchange Server 2003.

Senior SharePoint Engineer

A Northridge Senior SharePoint Engineer is an individual that has at least 6 years of full life cycle software engineering experience on the Microsoft platform, including 3 years specifically involved with Microsoft SharePoint Products and Technologies (MOSS and/or WSS). These individuals must be at an expert level with MOSS, WSS, Visual Studio.NET, Microsoft.NET, ASP.NET, SQL Server 2005, and web development.

Business Development Managers

Northridge Business Development Managers will report to the Chief Business Development Officer at Northridge. The Business Development Managers will work very closely with Northridge’s regional consulting leadership and service practice lines (business intelligence, corporate portals, infrastructure, interactive), and will focus on developing and driving new Northridge business opportunities while also working closely with Microsoft field sales and partner management in the region where appropriate.

Systems Architect

A Systems Architect at Northridge will involve working at the Northridge offices and customer locations implementing Microsoft-based solutions/technologies such as Windows Server 2008 and Hyper-V, Active Directory, Exchange Server 2007, Group Policy Objects, IIS, SharePoint Server and WSS, SQL Server 2008/2005, OCS, SCOM, Forefront, ISA, etc. Candidates must have strong client-facing and communication skills.

SharePoint Solution Consultant

Northridge is seeking a SharePoint Solution Consultant with 5+ years of experience as a Solution Architect in the analysis, design, hands-on development and delivery of web-based applications. In addition, a SharePoint Solution Consultant will have 2+ years experience implementing SharePoint Technologies as both a developer and an architect.
