Many of our clients choose to have Northridge provide ongoing management services for the solutions we deliver since our team has extensive knowledge of the solution and can provide management services at a much lower cost than a fulltime employee within the client organization.
Northridge provides solution management in which our team is responsible for one or more applications within the client environment such that we provide ongoing support, maintenance, and enhancements. These engagements usually involve a custom Service Level Agreement (SLA) that provides a guaranteed turn-around time on various types of maintenance needs based on the severity of the issue. The SLA ensures that the Northridge team is responding as quickly as a client's employees would have been able to respond. In addition, the SLA is usually combined with a fixed allocation of consulting hours that are discounted based on the volume of hours guaranteed.
In addition to solution management, Northridge also maintains a data center team that provides robust hosting and collocation services. Our data center operation is housed within the Quality Technology Solutions data center in Suwanee, GA with redundant data center locations available across the country. Our managed data center solutions allow clients to completely outsource their ongoing solution management and simply pay a monthly fee that covers the servers, rack space, power, bandwidth, monitoring, and support services. We offer a comprehensive menu of hosting offerings ranging from Hyper-V-based virtualized solutions to dedicated servers and collocated client-owned servers. Northridge also provides the associated managed services including redundant firewall security, a redundant Cisco network mesh, SAN storage, disk-to-disk backup services, and system monitoring.
