Northridge Expands Senior Management Team to Support Continued Growth

Northridge (www.northridge.com) is pleased to announce the addition of Jim Straub to its senior management team as Senior Vice President of Sales.

Mr. Straub brings 20 years of experience in the areas of direct sales and executive leadership and has focused his career on providing consulting services and solutions to upper mid-market and enterprise organizations. Prior to joining Northridge, Mr. Straub was CEO, co-founder and the driving force behind ThoughtBridge, one of the east region’s leading Microsoft SharePoint-focused consultancies. At ThoughtBridge Jim was responsible for driving the firm’s vision and strategy, overall sales and marketing efforts, development of strategic relationships, and employee, client and partner satisfaction.

As Senior Vice President of Sales at Northridge, Mr. Straub is charged with overseeing business development, sales strategy, new market development and managing the existing client base. Mr. Straub will also be responsible for managing the relationships with strategic partners, and serve as executive sponsor to Microsoft. In addition, the entire U.S. sales team will report up to Mr. Straub as Northridge looks to further expand its geographic footprint.
