8/11/2009

Raleigh, NC -- Northridge, a professional services firm focused on delivering high-value business consulting and technology services on the Microsoft platform, is pleased to announce the expansion of its operation to Raleigh, North Carolina. The new Northridge Raleigh office will manage client development and service functions for its mid-market and enterprise clients in the Carolina region. This is a landmark event in the growth of Northridge and demonstrates the company’s commitment to expansion in the Southeast to better serve its regional clients. Leading the office as Managing Director will be Chad Grieves, a seasoned executive with more than fifteen years of technology consulting and sales experience in the Carolina region. Grieves will spearhead the Northridge expansion and be responsible for development of the market and local personnel.

“Due to increasing market demand and client relationships in the Carolina region, we felt that now was the right time for us to expand our presence,” said Rob Patten, CEO of Northridge. ”We are very pleased to have Chad Grieves joining our team and driving our further expansion in the Carolina region. Chad brings an impressive business development track record, extensive Microsoft SharePoint platform knowledge, and strong relationships in the Carolina mid-market and enterprise space. His prior experience in building out new markets is fundamental in our Carolina expansion and further underscores our commitment to broaden Northridge market leadership across the Southeast region.”

As Managing Director, Mr. Grieves will be charged with continuing the development of existing client relationships, networking and prospecting to drive business development initiatives and foster new client relationships, and engaging the Carolina Microsoft team in strategic partnership opportunities. Prior to joining Northridge, Mr. Grieves was a senior executive at ThoughtBridge, one of the Carolina region’s leading Microsoft consultancies specializing exclusively in SharePoint and PerformancePoint solutions. Before his tenure at ThoughtBridge, Mr. Grieves served as Managing Director of the Carolina region for the technology consultancy Ironworks. Mr. Grieves began his technology business development career serving more than ten years with Decision Consultants, most notably as Managing Partner responsible for opening both the Raleigh and Charlotte offices, as well as driving new account development in those areas.

“I am thrilled to join the Northridge team in launching the new Raleigh office,” said Mr. Grieves. “This is an exciting time of growth and opportunity for Northridge. I am eager to further grow the presence in the Carolina region and build upon the excellent reputation Northridge has developed throughout the Southeast.”
