The client turned to Northridge seeking a replacement Sales & Marketing intranet serving marketing and technical information to users throughout the company. The existing client intranet was no longer supported, was not user friendly, and did not offer user collaboration capabilities.
After a thorough analysis of the client’s requirements, Northridge selected Microsoft Office SharePoint Server 2007 (MOSS) as the platform on which to build the replacement Sales & Marketing portal. The new intranet solution leverages the Content Management, Document Management and Enterprise Search functionality native to MOSS, and features extended capabilities through custom Web Parts that Northridge built to meet the specific needs of the client. Northridge Interactive, the interactive marketing and design division of Northridge, created an intuitive user interface including client branding elements to aid in user adoption and experience.
